Ok soooooo I have been dying to try chunky box braids and senegalese twists! I will be doing one on Tuesday...in the mean time between time i straightened my hair (didnt like it) I'll post pics it went into a bun soon after!! Curls are more my style these days!

Lately I have noticed my hair is growing really well,.well I am retaining well I do believe this has everything to do with my moisture retention, I would suggest buying a LEAVE in and some type of natural oil, my favorite is coconut oil, I also like Extra Virgin Olive Oil, I use Giovanni direct leave in for my leave in but some moisturizing products you should look out for is From "Aunt Jackies" thru are Curly Girl Friendly and have many positive reviews!! I will indeed try them myself:)!
I'm very eager to use them.

Since I decided to share with you my weight loss goals, here is my playlist for Cardio workouts I will be doing this week, just to get my body used to working out, prior to this I also have a playlist for Warm-Ups that I do as well, 2of the videos in Warm-Ups are NOT warm-ups I just put them there to quickly get to them, those are workouts i will do DAILY.

The things that I have changed and will be doing to ensure my weight loss are:
- NO MORE SODA/JUICE/KOOL-AID/ PUNCH(only LIGHTLY SWEETENED NATURAL LEMONADE)
- NO MORE JUNK FOODS
- NO MORE EATING AFTER 7, AT ALL!!!!
- DRINK 64 oz. of WATER DAILY, NO EXCEPTIONS
- TAKE MULTIVITAMIN AND B-COMPLEX DAILY
- SNACK OFTEN WITH HEALTHY FOOD CHOICES
- MORE FRUITS AND VEGGIES
- HALF PORTIONED MEALS ( Meaning instead of eating a whole sandwich eat half)
- BREAKFAST EVERYDAY
- EXERCISE DAILY
- AB EXERCISES EVERY NIGHT
- NO LESS than 1 Cup of Lemon Water DAILY(helps cleanse and detoxify, ingredients: fresh squeezed lemon juice, cayenne pepper, honey...drink while warm)
- LOW MANIPULATION OR PROTECTIVE STYLING
- MOISTURIZE&SEALING MOISTURE MORE EVERY 3 DAYS
- DRINK WATER
- FINGER DETANGLING
- NO HEAT APPLIANCES
- SCALP MASSAGE DAILY WITH COCONUT OR TEA TREE OIL

There is also a picture of some GRANOLA& A CUT UP PEACH I decided yogurt was more fattening than I preferred so instead I eat fresh fruit with granola for breakfast. I used to skip breakfast because I slept til lunch time.
this was horrible for my metabolism.

Hated this product, my hair had no sheen after it dried, I think I may not be able to use it for my wash n go because the results left me unhappy!!
I only used a little& some curly enhancing smoothie on top of each section, I think Shea Moisture will be used JUST FOR STYLISH never on my wash n go though!! This product goes on nicely, but I think maybe I should have tried it on SOAKING hair, the same way I feel about the curl enhancing smoothie, I forget how my hair doesn't like shea butter, so maybe I'm not meant for these products, however we shall see, I'm not giving up yet& I love the smoothie it's very moisturizing, just not so great for my wash n go.
I hated the souffle so bad I co-washed it right out& put my hair in a pony!
Oh& I posted a picture of this simple bun I did this morning I think I may be trying this style soon! I can finally bun with MY hair.
I'm too geeked lol.
The other photos are of the Souffle results& my pony tail after the damage was fixed lol.

Here are my results of my braid out using the Curl Enhancing Smoothie!!
I was actually pleased with my results, my hair was still damp when I released the braids though, resulting in frizz of course, I'm getting ready for bed& will spritz with water & moisturize& pineapple!!
