New healthier eating habits.

Below is a pictures of GUM...This is because instead if indulging in pastries& candy bars, I suppress the craving by chewing gum.
There is also a picture of some GRANOLA& A CUT UP PEACH I decided yogurt was more fattening than I preferred so instead I eat fresh fruit with granola for breakfast. I used to skip breakfast because I slept til lunch time.
this was horrible for my metabolism.
